Description

A local wine from the southern Styrian Sausal region, a small enclave west of Leibnitz and bordered by the two rivers Laßnitz and Sulm. The Sausal is located in the direct impact area of cooler Koralm winds and has extremely steep slopes. A fact you can taste! Quality and craftsmanship are at the forefront of these wines and the wines come entirely purely and naturally into the bottle.

This cool, clear as a bell Sauvignon Blanc is one of these tasty wines. A bouquet of wide ranging, crisp flavors, describes the flavor of this wine. Green apples, peppers and citrus, spicy watercress and wild flowers add exciting notes to this bottle.

The cool wind of the region can be tasted in the delicate acidity which remains in the bottle, giving the wine a pure, mineral note. The wine is delicate, but remains flavorful in the mouth.
