In the Pichler publishing house u. a. the "Viennese Cuisine" with Renate Wagner-Wittula. Together with Adi Matzek he published 2013 "Grilling with Adi & Adi".
Adi Matzek, longtime team leader of the "Waldviertler Hornochsengriller", world champion grill in the disciplines of fish and cattle. He has founded the "Austrian Grill School", known as "Fleischsommelier" from TV programs, radio and print media. His trademark was his fun infotainment shows.
