For a classic BBQ, a pulled pork should not be left out. Often the preparation of the pulled pork (especially after original recipe) is very time consuming. With the sous vide-cooked version you only have to do without one thing: to stand in the kitchen with minimal effort. The Pulled Pork from the R & F Genussmanufaktur is already pre-cooked on the spot and needs just 30 minutes in the convection oven to enjoy your plate! Smoky aroma and especially delicate taste make the Pulled Pork a hit at your next barbecue!
Preparation for fan oven:
Preheat fan oven to 235 ° C
Open the bag and drain the juice into a bowl
Put pulled pork on a baking sheet covered with roasting foil and bake at 235 ° C for approx. 25 min.
While crackling in the fan oven, brush the pulled pork 2-3 times with the juice
Depending on the oven, time and temperature can vary slightly
Preparation for Grill:
Preheat barbecue to approx. 200 ° C
Open bag & pour excess juice into a bowl
The pulled pork with indirect heat and closed lid at about 200 ° C for 25 min.
Brush with juice as to your requirement
Finally, finish over direct heat for a short while, turning constantly
For an original note, mix the excess juice 1: 1 with a BBQ sauce before brushing.
