Tender veal spit from the Upper Austrian calf according to our sous vide method, which you only have to warm at home for 15 minutes in a water bath. Then fry briefly in the pan in butter until a light crust forms.
Preparation of water bath & frying pan:
Take a pot of water from the hob shortly before cooking (ideally 65 ° C) and in a sealed vacuum bag for about 13 minutes steep the veal cut (or in the steamer).
