Roast chicken cooked in no time! The sous vide cooked chicken legs are pre-cooked with care and therefore especially tender. The preparation can be done in a fan oven or in a water bath. No matter how you do it - your guests will be thrilled!
The chicken legs are a perfect accompaniment to lettuce hearts, refined with a marinade of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, some pressed garlic, salt & pepper and spicy mustard, served with fresh baguette.
Preparation for fan oven:
Preheat fan oven to 230 ° C
Take the leg out of the bag and place it on an oven tray covered with roasting foil
Coat the skin with a little olive oil as desired
In the oven with circulating cook at 230 ° C for about 13-15 min.

Preparation for water bath & frying pan:
Heat a pot of water on the hob and remove when water is medium hot (70 °). Add chicken leg in a sealed vacuum bag to water for approx. 8 minutes.
Remove the roast chicken from the bag and dab with a paper towel
