Time for Horseradish

Horseradish is not only very tasty and healthy, it's also a true jack of all trades in the kitchen. Sprinkle fresh horseradish on ham sandwich for an Easter treat. It can also be a valuable, healthy ingredient in spreads, soups, sauces, salads and more.
