Description

The "Honey Dream" was made in old cellar vaults. The cheese ripens for 3 weeks with daily care with red culture. After another 3-6 weeks the Rotkulturrinde is washed off. In the Affineur kitchen, the soft cheese is completely put into mead and stored for 5 years in acacia barrels. The perfect summer cheese with a fine, fruity note.

Wine recommendation: slightly sweet, fruity wines or mead
