Has an affinity with organic Zweigelt wine
The basic product used here is raw organic milk. A soft cheese, which is brushed with Rotkultur for 3 weeks and washed off after another 3-4 weeks of maturation with Rotkultur. In the Affineur kitchen, it complements Burgenland Zweigelt, of course organic. Refined with rubbed basil for a fine aroma.
