Hungarian Grey Cattle are one of the rare breeds of domestic animals of the Pannonian region. Until the beginning of the 20th century, large herds from the Great Hungarian Plain were driven to the markets of Western Europe. Until the mechanization of agriculture, the gray cattle ox was used mostly as a draft animal.

In order to protect the rare species, only a few animals a year are slaughtered. Part of it is processed into our butcher's sausages.

The special thing about this meat is that it comes from organic livestock farming and therefore is of the highest quality. The animals are fed no sedatives, no antibiotics and no growth promoters, guaranteed.
