Recipe Suggestion:

Asparagus with Prosciutto and Pumpkin Seed Pesto

• 300 g of cooked white asparagus,
• 150 g of wafer-thin sliced raw ham
• 3-4 cocktail tomatoes
• pumpkin seed pesto

Cook asparagus in salted water with some butter, slice lengthwise and place fanned out on a plate. Distribute the pumpkin seed pesto on the asparagus tips. Wrap the cured ham around the ends of the asparagus. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve with green salad.
